Rachel is a Research Assistant at DNAngels. In a past life, she worked in the film and television business for producers, directors, and actors—some well known, and some not so well known. She even wrote one episode of the cult favorite TV show Supernatural during its first season. Later, she stepped away to get married and have kids, and now she works as a substitute teacher. However, reading about the Golden State Killer crime piqued her interest in genetic genealogy, so she completed the University of New Haven’s Forensic Genetic Genealogy Certificate Program. Now, she loves helping people solve their DNA mysteries.
