CARBONDALE, Ill. — DNAngels is excited to announce its brand new and extremely talented new staff and board members for the 2021 year.
Beginning in February of 2019, with a small number of volunteers the Executive Director and one of the founders of the non-profit, Laura Leslie-Olmsted, has successfully grown the 501(C)(3) to a national movement helping families across the United States come together for the very first time.
“Our goal long-term is to be the provider of choice when it comes to identifing biological parents. DNAngels would like to be a common household name.” The founder of the non-profit, Laura, said.
“If you want to learn about your ancestors you test with AncestryDNA, if you want to identify those biological ancestors you go to DNAngels. Identifying biological moms and dads is our core mission and we will never charge someone for that.” She added.
As of May 2021, DNAngels now has 31 volunteers, staff and board members associated with the organization. Including the following new and prominent board members.
